really mad about "forged PR"

There is a site that many people use to check to see if a PR is forged particularily when they are buying a domain or website.

I have been using it to see how my pages rank. My site that is about 4 years old, it always seems to stay at 1 or 2 - don't know why it fluctuates but it never gets above 2 and alot of times is mostly 1

So yesterday and today, I went to the checker and it says the PR=1 but it is says the PR is forged

This makes me really mad because so many people use this guy's site and this is a complete lie. There is no way the PR can be forged.

1. It is the same PR it has had forever and the site have never been redirected anywhere. It is the same site except over the years content has been added.

2. no-one would do anything stupid enough to forge a PR of 1 - just doesn't make sense

The reason it bugs me so much bc I know others use this site as a definitive tool and when people see the word forged, they may not want to buy advertising.
