Default seo common sense sometimes

When I took my degree at univ, one of the classes I was required to take was some kind of "communication in buisness". Anyway, everyday, they gave you a case study on something or another in business and you had to write a proposal, bid, employee infraction, whatever kind of letter.

The point of the exercise was to be professional, concise and use relevant words to make your point.

I find that training has stuck with me and if I write content for my sites in the same way I write business letters, it serves me fine SEO-wise.

For an example - not using the word "it" but rather replacing non-irrelevant words with something descriptive and meaningful
